Please make sure you read everything carefully as that is exactly what we will make for you. There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders, unless there is an error in production. Turn around time for custom orders varies on design and/or number of items ordered. We offer free local delivery for Miami-Dade County and flat rate shipping within the United States.
